In particular, the data will be processed\nin order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations; the administrative\nmanagement of contracts, including the management of invoices, payments and\ncollections; the management of any litigation, as well as for internal\ncontrols, management, security of premises and protection of corporate assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contact data, such as email address and telephone number, are\nnecessary for service communications and used by the Data Controller for\ncommercial and promotional communications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Legal bases<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The legal bases for the processing of personal data are\nconstituted by Legislative Decree 196\nof 30\/06\/2003, Ministerial Decree dated 7 January 2013 containing &#8220;<em>Provisions\nconcerning the communication to the public security authorities of the arrival\nof persons accommodated in accommodation<\/em>&#8221; and article 6.1, letters b),\nc) and f) of the EU Regulation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"list wp-block-list\"><li>processing is necessary for the\nperformance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to\ntake steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a\ncontract;<\/li><li>processing is necessary so that the\nData Controller can fulfil their legal obligations;<\/li><li>processing is necessary so that the\nData Controller can pursue their legitimate interests. The legitimate interests\nthat may justify the processing of personal data are those of the Data\nController or third parties relating to the management of contractual or\npre-contractual relations at each stage of the relationship.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The processing of special category personal data is necessary in\norder to offer the best possible service for customers with special needs\nand\/or disabilities. In particular, the data will be processed\nfor: the fulfilment of legal and regulatory obligations; the administrative\nmanagement of contracts, including the management of invoices and payments; the\nreceipt of goods and\/or services at the premises of the Data Controller or any\nother supplier.
